ART AS A HEALING PRACTICE
Kathleen Horne works with individuals and groups using a guided sequence of meditation, art-making, writing, and witnessing. It is simple, profound, appropriate for people with any level of art-making experience, and can be adapted to a wide variety of settings.

Through deep inner listening, we elicit our innate wisdom and truth. Being present to, and acting from, our place of deepest wisdom is necessary for healing ourselves and effecting positive change in the world.

Art as a Healing Practice is offered in both small group and individual sessions, and a 1-day Retreat format.

 Group Sessions

Group sessions are 3 hours, and each session has a theme.  Fee is $40, including supplies, with a discount if you sign up for a series. To see the upcoming or current schedule of groups in Sarasota, FL, and registration information, click here.

"My participation in the sessions over the last five years has provided me with the opportunity to explore and heal my inner self through artistic expression. Whatever I am feeling on any given day, I am able to dive deep into the depths of myself and create an art piece that holds special meaning for me. I have grown artistically as well as personally because of my experiences in Art as a Healing Practice."
